 Multi award winning Dental Therapist Cat Edney has over fifteen years experience working in specialist and private practice in the UK. In this time she has developed a passion for multidisciplinary team working in the Dental Setting - with a focus on maximising the use of the full dental team to ensure profitability alongside patient care and engagement.   Cat lectures internationally as a clinical educator and speaker and has developed hands on dental courses under her training brand ‘The Modern Therapist’  which aims to educate the dental profession about the role and integration of Dental Therapy, alongside focusing on providing gold standard hands on training and ongoing support to dental teams.  Cat is on the faculty of the largest dental academy in the UK – The Smile Dental Academy, lectures for top dental manufactures such as LM, NSK, Oral B and Align Technology and also pens a regular column for Dentistry.co.uk.  She is now an awards Judge for the Private Dentistry awards and was also named in the UK’s Dentistry’s Top 50 most influential dental professionals. 

 Dr. Rana Al-Falaki is a distinguished figure in the fields of health and performance, recognised globally for her expertise in stress and chronic disease as a pioneering periodontist. As a multi-award-winning professional, she has established herself as a prominent leadership & executive coach, visiting professor, best-selling author, and published researcher. Dr. Rana's ground-breaking research has significantly influenced clinical studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Kings College London, solidifying her reputation as a leader in her field. She has spoken in over 25 countries across 5 continents, impacted thousands with her books, programs, interviews and TV appearances, and continues on her mission to bring the combination of powerful leadership and wellbeing to the fore of dental professionals so they too can relish the triple mastery of optimal performance: Productivity, happiness, balance. 

Dr Farr qualified in 2007 with Honours from Cardiff University school of Dentistry. 

Dr Farr then moved to Plymouth to continue training at Derriford Hospital. There he worked in A&E on head and neck emergencies gaining invaluable experience in oral surgery and Maxillo-facial surgery.

Andrew has a keen interest in oral surgery and Implantology. He has completed dental implant training with the world recognised International Team of Implantology (ITI) and more recently has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Implantology as well as a Post graduate Diploma in Advance Restorative & Aesthetic Dentistry passing with Distinction.

Dr Farr is now focusing on Mentoring and Coaching other forward thinking professionals all aspects of dentistry after completing further post graduate training and achieving a PGDip in Mentoring, Coaching and Education. He will be focusing on all aspects of Dentistry including but not limited to Dental Implantology, Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry and Practice Ownership.

The aim is to unlock your potential, breaking down barriers and achieving excellence.

Andrew has 2 daughters and in his very little spare time competes at the Morgan car racing championship.
